Total-U-Fitness has joined us in our new building and they bring Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Massage Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, Martial Arts and Sports Performance Programs to our gym. You can sign up to work out while your kids are in tumbling or cheerleading.
